Cycles Journal Review

I loved this journal so so so much. I’m so gratefull that my being was introduced to the world of applicable cyclical living. It feels so nice to be able to look at a chart and mark down how I grew and changed physically, emotionally, spiritually, throughout the month and then look back and reflect on this. It feels extremely empowering to track my being and self-affirm that yes, I am changing every single day!! I am constantly being impacted and ebbing and flowing with the Universe in multiple ways and on multiple levels. It inspires me to keep a healthy balance within the things i can control like eating, exercise, my social and emotional environments, keeping healthy practices like meditation and yoga… And at the same time, I fall in love with the practice of gifting my being grace for feeling all of the things I do. When I step back and temporarily part from the patriarchal 24/7 mindset, I step into the Truth that I am a cyclical being, I am growing and changing every single day, and that it is ok to feel. I was not yet fully aware of how much it is an act of revolution and LOVE to allow my Self to feel all of the things i naturally do. To just sit and observe without judgment. In this process of self learning, I have come to drop into this peace and self acceptance unlike any other. Thank you so much to cycles journal for being here for my and so many others’ journeys to reclaiming and accepting our cyclical selves <3
